To many customer service reps in booths, waiting, doing too much talking to each other and on their phones - maybe should hire more technicians that do the labor on the cars than service people. Found out after my service for Kia recall that there were 2 recalls - they only did 1 recall that I waited 2 hours for and now I have to bring it in again for another recall which they don't have the part for??? Sales are not listening to customers regarding monthly cost limits for new car and how they can make it work for the customer so they can buy new car! More

I am disappointed with the quality of service demonstrated. I took the car because I got a safety recall letter from Kia. I had been driving for a while with the check engine lite on and the code demonstrated. I took the car because I got a safety recall letter from Kia. I had been driving for a while with the check engine lite on and the code I got was a p402 that is related to the catalytic converter. I went to the shop with a check engine light on. I left the shop after 4 hours waiting with no light on, I was really happy. I get home and the check engine light WAS ON AGAIN!!!! I went to AutoZone to check what was the code and it was a different one related to a faulty gasket. They did not bothered checking what codes were causing the check engine light, they just cleared it and that's it. I went back to the dealer and Junior, my service rep told me that the work done was not going to clear the check engine light. That if not what the safety recall letter said, he did not even bother reading it. They are like robots there. More
