This is the worst dealership ever and everybody has an attitude. I called this dealership for 3 weeks straight and nobody answered the phone and they took my phone number and told me they'd call me back a attitude. I asked to speak to a manager several times and the manager was never available to speak. The day I walked in for my appointment there was like seven people sitting in a circle talking not even working. When I bought this car it was promised to warranty for my tires but now that it's a new dealership they don't have records of anything so I had to spend $250 on one tire it's always something with this dealership. The first car I bought was used I bought it cash at the end of the night and I was 8 months pregnant and it started raining and I flew off the road because the tires were bald they told me that it wasn't their problem and that it was one point lower than what they would have to change the tires. The second car I bought had some recall and it started smoking. The third car I bought I bought it at night again and it was pouring rain and they assured me that the exterior of the car was fine when I got home there was a huge dent in the back it had been in an accident that they didn't tell me about and I didn't do anything about it I was stuck with the car. This time I got a car and they lied to me they told me Ihave warranties that I don't have. They also promised all these oil changes for free but every time you call for an appointment they don't have one for 2 months. I will never ever buy another car from Hollywood Kia like ever and I don't recommend it to anybody. The only time you get any service is when they're trying to sell you something More

First time I take my car to service, when I got there a guy ask me if I had an appointment I said yes, he said get on the service lane and leave your keys inside your car, I asked him where can I sit? He said you can sit outside or inside, I sat inside without knowing that I had to register myself on the reception. I waited for 3 hours without knowing nothing and the people that was there in the reception and in the other desks nobody was paying attention to nobody. They were just all on the phones. So I asked somebody that at what time I was going to get my car back that I was there for 3 hours and they ask me if I had an appointment I said yes and they said did you register? and I said registered where? and they said you had to register when you come in on the reception, I said nobody told me nothing because the Receptionist you can barely see her face because she’s always on the phone like inside the desk and I think that the receptionist every person that comes inside she should say good morning. How can I help you? Do you have an appointment yes or no? if yes, OK what time? and let me register you, but nobody says nothing and nobody pays attention to the people that comes in , I also saw an argument that a client had with the receptionist I don’t know for what issue it was, but I think the receptionist has to be on top of every person that comes in to see what they’re there for, or if the receptionist doesn’t have time to deal with people that comes in with or without appointments, because she’s on the phone at least make a big sign that when people get there, the sign will say register first in the reception.
