Going to Hollywood Kia has been the best experience anyone can ask for! The whole experience was smooth and fast! Everyone there was so helpful and understood all of my concerns and helped me feel amaz anyone can ask for! The whole experience was smooth and fast! Kermitt Graham is such an amazing sale associate and I will continue to go to him for all of my future purchases! I got a car on a Saturday and my mom loved how amazing he was that she ended up getting a car 2 days after! Next up is my cousin ! I would love to also give a shout-out to Sean in the finance department and Juan in the insurance department! They were amazing and so Incredibly sweet! Overall 10/10 experience! More

This Dealership has the WORST customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. I have repeatedly left a total of 18 calls, put on hold, or left messages for a call back. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
