Hollywood Kia - Service Center

Amazing! Had a really Bad Day, turned into a Really Good Day. My Mom's flight was arriving that morning, and as I get ready to go pick her up, my vehicle did Had a really Bad Day, turned into a Really Good Day. My Mom's flight was arriving that morning, and as I get ready to go pick her up, my vehicle did not want to start. I called the dealer where we purchased our Kia Sedona, they informed me that they no longer service/sell Kia vehicles, I called Hollywood Kia, got a tow truck to tow my van, was provided a voucher for a rental car, and my van was ready before 10am the next day. Good Day! More

HORRIBLE Service Techs No problem with service advisor...it’s the techs in the shop. Idiots! Can’t understand English verbally or written. 1) I don’t think they are properly No problem with service advisor...it’s the techs in the shop. Idiots! Can’t understand English verbally or written. 1) I don’t think they are properly trained as I had a repair and had to return as it was not done correctly. 2) Did the opposite of what I requested. The advisor did write the order correctly. Techs just did the wrong thing. 3) Tech said I needed a part and when changed it was clean. I was not needed and I had to a refund for the part. 3 visits and 3 times problems. The manger was unconcerned and insincere when I reported my problems. Would never return to this service center. Only giving 2 stars...one for receptionist and the other for advisor. ZERO for actual service. More

Nice customer service by Josh I’ve been using Kia service since Nov 2016, had 4 service consultants (the 3rd consultant I had literally took advantage of the fact that I don’t know I’ve been using Kia service since Nov 2016, had 4 service consultants (the 3rd consultant I had literally took advantage of the fact that I don’t know about cars and sold me items in a package that I didn’t really need to buy in the dealership but could’ve bought them in other places) and after a year and a half Josh was the only one who explained the package I have included on my lease. He was just great! Now i know I will ask for him next time I schedule a service. More

Which I didn’t know because I am a terrible car owner. Anyways, now I won’t be ready for 2 hours. I tried taking them to the little cafe and eating we did that for like 45 minutes. Eventually The 2 yr old was doing e and she could just not wait anymore. Tevin got me an Uber so the kids and I could go home and come back. Thank the lord.Tony the Uber driver can contest to how done my daughter was. I am still so sorry. Thank you. More
