Hollywood Kia - Service Center

My complaint is about the deceptive practices that you employ at Hollywood Kia. Examples are: The 100,000 mile warranty that's extended to a lifetime warranty, which is a joke, and the 3 year free mainte employ at Hollywood Kia. If EXTREMELY POOR was an option that’s what I would have selected. I took my 2021 Kia K5 for regular maintenance and I asked for my tires to be checked because tire pressure light came on. After telling me three times nothing was in tires, magically a nail appeared in my passenger rear, in which then they said they’ll patch it. A week later the tire pressure light comes back on, so my husband plugged it and I called dealership to explain that the tire must be bad let’s go ahead and replace it. Fast forward to appointment day. I drop car off within an hour I receive a message my car was ready. Once I got in car and saw tire pressure I called dealership immediately like are you sure you guys changed right tire because the pressure is still showing 33. Oh yes we changed the right tire everything is fine. So once my husband gets home from work he looks a car and say they changed the wrong xxxx tire. Fast forward to the morning. I called the soon as they opened to explain you guys did change the wrong tire. I was told to just drive around on the BAD tire and monitor it. I said excuse me because I couldn’t believe I was being told that due to a mistake they made. Not only did they change the wrong tire, they put a completely different brand on the car. Which I was told I couldn’t bring that tire back for RIGHT tire because I drove off on it. Well what else was I suppose to do because I ensured that the job was done correctly. i called numerous times for the service manager Fernando who has YET to return my call. Also I’ve left serval message for GM Mitchell and he has yet to return my call. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I hate that I have to continue to do business with such poor care or concern for customer. More

We purchased this 2021 Kia Seltos from Kermitt and it was a wonderful experience from the start. Easy, seamless, fast. Now that the car is due for its 1st service, things did not go so well. Upon entering I did not get greeted, so I proceeded to the reception where a rude receptionist named Nicole told me very rudely to go sit in the chair and wait be called, she did not even look at me, she kept looking at her monitor. Once waiting in chairs, service advisors yell out customers' names from the middle of the lobby instead of approaching the waiting room where we are told to sit and wait. Upon leaving the car I make sure to verify with my advisor Tevan Carter that the car will be washed upon completion of today's service. You can see the attached photos to see how they DID NOT wash the vehicle. Overall a HORRIBLE service experience. The purchase process was great, but you still have to service the new vehicle, I strongly do not recommend this experience. I have never been to a dealership's service department where you are treated this poorly and the service is not good. I only hope the actual mechanics did a good job and the car has no issues. More

Fernando came to our rescue--super friendly and ready to help, He made sure the car gets the proper service. Today, we took the car once again for service, but I knew to contact Fernando in advance. He promised prompt and good service, and so it was. Fernando is someone to keep his promises. I feel real lucky to have met him and to get his special care and attention. Thank you, Fernando! More
