My worst experience at a dealership! My biggest issue with my service here at Hollywood Kia is that I was lied to so many times about when my car would be available for pick up. My car wa My biggest issue with my service here at Hollywood Kia is that I was lied to so many times about when my car would be available for pick up. My car was in the Service Center for a whole month for sunroof repairs and I was lied to by Randy on the dates the repairs would be completed. Due to this, I wasn't able to make appropriate arrangements for transportation. The back and forth between pickup days, forwarded phone calls, wasted time and money for not having my only means of transportation taken for so long without being able to properly prepare another means of transportation due to being lied to by Service employees. I do not feel that I have been accommodated enough for my trouble with this dealership and honestly, I have not been offered any remedy at all. It upset me because I love my car, it took me four months total of searching for a car that really benefits me and fits my lifestyle and now I have to second guest that because of the horrible service that I have received during this month. No one has reached out to me without me having to call the dealership first and inquire about my vehicle during its entire time at Hollywood Kia for repair services. No one there has yet to take responsibility or explain to me why my repairs where not completed in the promised time. I am most upset with the amount of times that I was told, “Your car will be ready tomorrow,” and then I get treated as a blacklisted customer when I have not disrespected anyone nor caused any scenes during my visits. I have detailed record of each time I was told that my car would be available. I even reached out to the manager and was further ignored. More
Unorganized My vehicle had a recall back in November 2017. I was issued a rental car through enterprise. I had the rental car for approximately two weeks. There w My vehicle had a recall back in November 2017. I was issued a rental car through enterprise. I had the rental car for approximately two weeks. There were no issues with the rental car or getting my vehicle back. Up to this point the experience was great. It wasn’t until March 2018 that I charged on my credit by enterprise. After calling Kia and enterprise several times it was determined that Kia did not cover my rental therefore enterprise charged my credit card without my knowledge. I spoke to representatives at Kia’s Seevice department who guaranteed I would be refunded. This was over a month ago. I am still waiting for my reimbursement. Very frustrating experience. More
