The wait is entirely too too long! I had already spent 1.5 hours the first visit to diagnose and order parts. This visit was to put the parts in, which was an easy job yet I was there for 3 hours!! The service was just OK the receptionist when I walked in never smile when they greeted me they just gave me the look nobody said anything to me until I ask the question.
