This dealer is ridiculous. I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change for 8:15 am and I didn’t get my car back till after 5. I called to see what was going on and nothing. I had to call a different department to get someone to check if my car was even started. No one called me to say ok Ms. Lewis this is what’s going on NOTHING!!! Then when I get there to pick up my car where they told me my car was it was not there. I’m walking stopping the lot to find my car I can’t find it. I walk back in the building and told the girl that my car was not where she said it would be she is asking me if I’m sure SMH. One of the mechanics had to find it. It was behind the building. NEVER AGAIN!! More

I had an appointment for 1000 am for oil change two hours go by and i see my car still under service drive in! I ask what is going on why my car was not taken back after two hours they say we are back up sp go by and i see my car still under service drive in! I ask what is going on why my car was not taken back after two hours they say we are back up spoke to manager he did nothing by the time i left was 3 hours for a oil change. The people are very rude and unprofessional! I will not buy anther Kia because of the service department is horrible!!! More

I don’t understand why the service center would order a part for a recall after I’ve dropped my car off and then had to come back for a second appointment to get it fixed and the service center would give part for a recall after I’ve dropped my car off and then had to come back for a second appointment to get it fixed and the service center would give it away or use it on another vehicle and still not be able to fix my vehicle. Additionally, the service center ordered the wrong part for another fix. My vehicle was pending and now I have to wait even longer to get it fixed. The frontline service workers and managers, namely John and Artie are extremely professional and kind but there is something lacking in the back staff that needs addressing. More

I had an appointment for routine maintenance of my car at 11:30 am and left the dealership at 2 pm.
