I am not at all satisfied with the service I had problems with the oil sensor and the ABS I had to have 2 separate inspections done and when they sent me the video of the inspection I couldn't see e problems with the oil sensor and the ABS I had to have 2 separate inspections done and when they sent me the video of the inspection I couldn't see everything I paid $1400 triple the cost of other mechanics Mr Forrest was super professional I discovered that with the credit card I had 3% commissions More

Definitely, I did not have the customer service I expected from Kia. After taking the time to bring my car twice to the dealer my auto recall is not fixed and each time I got a call from Christopher expected from Kia. Ripped me off! ! Told me car had new tires on it are 4-5 yrs old. Told went thru 165 pt .Inspection. Was supposed to be certified!Safety features on car aren’t worki !
