Overlooked and ignored I lease my car through this dealership. I get free oil changes for the duration of the lease. I made an appointment and arrived early just to be ignored, never called on, and forgotten about. When I finally asked about my vehicle, the staff was confused, unorganized and unhelpful. They had no idea what the status of my vehicle was just to find out nobody had even started any work on it. After the work took 3 times longer than expected the manager tried telling me it was because I didn’t have an appointment, which I did. If the service wasn’t free I would never come here willingly, I can’t wait to be out of my lease. More
