Absolutely horrible experience this time Normally I would not give low ratings, but this time around I felt it was necessary due to the sheer lack of attention I received during this visit. W Normally I would not give low ratings, but this time around I felt it was necessary due to the sheer lack of attention I received during this visit. While I understand the service reps get busy, this was simply inexcusable. I had an appointment for 12:30pm on July 17th for a complimentary service, and I arrived at 11:34am. I signed in and the receptionist said my service rep will be with me shortly. So I waited....and waited....and waited...until about 2pm when I finally got up to ask what was the problem. The receptionist asked for my name and said that my name was not on the sign in sheet. Then she reluctantly opened her office drawer and there was another sign in sheet and my name had clearly been overlooked. She asked if my name was there, and right away I pointed to my name which had not been crossed out. Immediately she calls for my service rep Josh Fifi, and said to him "do you realize you had a 12:30pm appointment?" To which he replied "I asked you if I had an appointment scheduled and you said no." He asks me which is my car and I pointed it out to him. He told me to wait a bit and my car will be ready. I waited another hour and by this time I am very upset and disappointed with the lack of service and attention I have received. During this hour, Josh only came up to me one time to say that my car was being washed. Only at the very end at about 3:10pm he lets me know that my car was ready and that he was sorry for the inconvenience. This to me is unacceptable and I felt extremely discarded during this process. Had he come to me once or twice letting me know what was going on and he would have said i'm sorry earlier, I would have easily understood it. The fact that it took me to go up to the reception desk to ask what was the delay was already a problem in itself. I did not feel welcomed at all, and in fact I felt like an inconvenience during the whole wait. There should be a better sign in process implemented, something electronic and perhaps a monitor to let you know of status updates. I wasted half of my day off yesterday with this situation. Very very disappointed, and this was my last complimentary service. I very well may go elsewhere to get my service done. More
