Worst customer service Dropped my car off at a scheduled appointment this morning (930), was told I would receive a call when my car was ready, no call and when I called at Dropped my car off at a scheduled appointment this morning (930), was told I would receive a call when my car was ready, no call and when I called at 330, was told it was still being worked on and I would receive a call in 1 hour. No surprise, no call so at 530 I called back and was told it would be there no way it would be fixed until after the weekend. Um, ok, so I won't have a car??? They said, I could get a rental, however that closes at 6!!! I live more than 30 minutes away with rush hour traffic. When asked when they were planning on calling yo tell me, the very rude lady Jessica said when they were finished with it! Thanks a lot KIA. Your customer service is HORRIBLE!!! As asked for a manager, and nobody was there. More

They first said it was covered by the guarantee, as should be. since it is brand new. a few days later they call to say I "hit debris" and my radiator cracked. That was total xxxxxxxx, but I ended up having to call my insurance and paying the deductible for the repairs. I'm on a lease, but as soon as I can get out of it, they'll never see me again, or anyone I know. More

Had service change batt The worst service ever! Horrible! I got there at 730am I told taven I had to b at work he said no prob. Then 2 hours latter he says batt not there. Th The worst service ever! Then I had to beg for uber driver and they sent me wrong uber and he took me to wrong place. Then brought me back to Hollywood Kia. And I asked taven what happen & he said nothing he could do. Finally I got another person to help me. When it was time to leave & hav uber pick me up I talked to Kathleen and she sent an Uber to a place with my address but instead of ft laud she sent them to pompano. Omg horrible customer service. Every time tried to talk to someone they would hang up before I got there name and very rude. Especially teven. More
