I brought my car in for oil change service with some outstanding recalls and my car “died” according to the rep and my engine was replaced. I had a rental car for 1 month had too continue to call and f outstanding recalls and my car “died” according to the rep and my engine was replaced. I had a rental car for 1 month had too continue to call and follow up on progress also upon picking up the vehicle I had to pay $300 for a belt change. Still complained about the car the day it was picked up I called ands left several messages to the rep who never responded to my calls and true next day my car left me sa transfer that I had to have it towards back to the Kia dealership. After finally complaining to the front desk about the rep not responding she was also frustrated and stated he is at his desk and never answers his phone, I asked about the car and now they said it was something else and had to pay an additional $250 after taking out the car the day before from sitting there for 1 month his response was to me the battery might be bad. It was a brand new battery so upon picking the car up again now it turned out to be the starter and now the car takes a long time to turn on when you push start I came back to complain when I picked it up and he was annoyed the car was making a noise and felt like it was shaking he checked the tires and said it was nothing I’m not happy at all the car seems worse then when I originally dropped it off just for an oil change … so unhappy and the service terrible I wanted to speak to a manager and call corporate. So I’m out over $500 and the car feels like crap More

This is my second time getting my oil change and they don’t wash my car. I asked this time twice if my car will get washed the guy told me yes, they are doing that now then they will pull it around. My car was dry, then I see another car getting pulled around dripping wet. I asked and the guy said they should have washed it let me go get it washed. 2 other cars got pulled around dripping wet!! Just because my car “looks” clean doesn’t mean don’t wash it. Wash it regardless if it’s included with the oil change!! More
I made an appointment for a recall. I went in for the recall. I waited a half hour in the waiting room just to have the service rep come out and tell me they did not have the part.
