Took my car in was told that my tires were rotated and they were not. The gasket on my windshield was coming off. Was told that the only reason that would be happening is it had be replaced. You can clear they were not. The gasket on my windshield was coming off. Was told that the only reason that would be happening is it had be replaced. You can clearly see it is the original Kia stamped factory window. I was told I needed to call Kia consumer affairs. I did and have a claim # the told the lady from Consumer affairs I was never there. I have the work order and paid recipes. My car has a quarter size chip in the hood that wasn’t there when it went in. I bought the car from Hollywood Kia 4 years ago it has 28000 miles and it has only ever been serviced at Hollywood Kia. it is still under warranty. There is no reason for the gasket to have been replaced. Just lazy and didn’t want to have to do the job more worried about car turnover than actually fixing them. Charging for survives not completed. More

The amenities are excellent, deluxe coffee and a message chair while waiting. My issues with this location however, are based on how my vehicle was serviced, a lack of honest communication and the cost invo chair while waiting. My issues with this location however, are based on how my vehicle was serviced, a lack of honest communication and the cost involved in resolution to my problem. I chose Hollywood Kia following consumer reviews, needless to say I am left very disappointed by how I was treated as a customer. To begin, I contacted the Hollywood dealership informing them of my car being towed to their location, due to it not starting. I asked if they could please add it to the appointment I had made earlier, for examination of the recalls in place on my 2015 Kia Soul. Feeling my vehicle was in good hands, I left town to join family for Thanksgiving. I like staying informed, so each day called for updates on my car, to be told that there would be an answer to my vehicle by the end of the next day. I never received the promised calls, instead I had to continue to reach out to the Hollywood dealership. After 7 days of frustration I returned home to a still broken car. My bill to this frustration was the $149 diagnostic fee, which I gladly paid after looking over the receipt of the work which I thought had been done. My car was running when brought to me, and I left a happy person that my issues had been resolved. After driving a distance, I decided to grab a bite to eat, that is when I realized the car would still not start. I immediately contacted the Hollywood dealership informing them that my vehicle problem was still there and was told that I needed to have a tow truck bring it to them. I was quite upset at this point and they agreed to help me get the vehicle back to their shop, I would be receiving a call back with the details. After waiting for some time, I called the Kia dealership back, to be spoken to in a rude manner and be put on hold again. In my desperation I kept trying to start the car and with a nearly drained battery, I was finally able to get it started. When I informed the Dealership they offered me an Uber back to my home, if I was to bring my car their direction. When I arrived at the Hollywood Dealership the second time, I was told by my surprise, that I would need to pay an additional $149.00 to have my vehicle looked at again. How can this be happening, when the same service had just been paid for? This was a complete injustice and not being able to cover the cost of another diagnosis, I would have to leave with my car still in its broken state. My vehicle needed jumping in order to leave the dealership and that is when the Kia Chief Mechanic told me it was my starter that needed replacing. Now how did he know this without an additional diagnosis? I asked him if he would replace the starter and he said no, he felt I needed to take my business elsewhere. I was determined to write this review, in the hope that it will save another person from the frustrations I had to experience. More
