Kia dealership Pembrooke Pine gave me the most comforting experience I've ever endured purchasing a vehicle. My saleswoman was amazing. First and foremost, Tevin is great! He listened to my concerns and worked with me, keeping me in the loop the whole time. My number 1 issue is how long the service took. I had an appoin He listened to my concerns and worked with me, keeping me in the loop the whole time. My number 1 issue is how long the service took. I had an appointment at 8:15am and didn't leave until 3:30pm. I feel that's a bit extreme considering i did have the appointment. Also, the cost of the repairs seemed excessive after reviewing the paperwork and seeing that 85% of the cost was labor. I know people need to be paid but sheesh. All in all it was a good visit and i will be returning. Again, Tevin was awesome. More

It is awesome! I drive from Naples Florida to have my Forte Serviced. Fernando was a great Advisor he had me in and out within 10 to 15 mins i left my car there while they worked serviced on it Fernando called me told me every problem first he made sure he had my approval on 10 to 15 mins i left my car there while they worked serviced on it Fernando called me told me every problem first he made sure he had my approval on anything they fixed or worked on he also made sure i had a way there and back .
