Everyone there is always very nice. Where do I began. The kia app is useless when trying to schedule an appointment. Tried calling a month in advance numerous times and no one answers the phone, I finall The kia app is useless when trying to schedule an appointment. Tried calling a month in advance numerous times and no one answers the phone, I finally had to schedule an appointment via the automated service, and when I arrived for my appointment no one had a record of it. Had to sit and wait for my car since I had no one to pick me up....not a problem. During the inspection the service advisor informed me that I had a nail in my tire which was causing a slow leak and if I wanted them to patch the tire, it would cost me $45.00, I declined. Upon completion of service on my vehicle I noticed on the paperwork I was given all the work that was done. Included in the work was an item that said my tires had been inspected and rotated. However, after driving away from the dealership I noticed that an indicator light was highlighted showing I had low pressure on the front right tire, which was the same tire that had the low pressure warning., if my tires were rotated as indicated on the service agreement it would stand to reason that the tire with the low pressure reading would now be showing in a different location. If that rotation service wasn't performed, I'm inclined to believe that nothing on that service agreement was performed. I won't mentioned the seemingly uninterested attitude of the service advisor when I first arrived for my appointment. More
They didn’t offer me any suggested services based on mileage and findings during oil change inspection. They didn’t place a new sticker on windshield that indicates the anticipated future monrh and mile mileage and findings during oil change inspection. The reception of services is very bad, took my car to maintenance adn when I brought it home started a hard noise under the car, I took it back to Holywood Kia, waited for an hour and nobody gave me atte maintenance adn when I brought it home started a hard noise under the car, I took it back to Holywood Kia, waited for an hour and nobody gave me attention to check the car. Went home and took the car to Rick Case Kia, I've been receptioned in 5 minuts, they checked the car and the shiled under the car , exactly the oil change shield was loose and making the noise. I've made the oil change at Holywood Kia..... So was there that the shield was removed and not properly reinstaled. More
