I was the victim of another bad service from Hollywood Kia, I made an appointment for an oil change and they told me that the Kia Carnival also has a call record and that the computer needed to be updated Kia, I made an appointment for an oil change and they told me that the Kia Carnival also has a call record and that the computer needed to be updated. When I picked up the Kia after driving approximately 8 miles, the engine overheating alarm activated with a big noise. I immediately parked on the side of the road and checked the engine. The water reserve tank was about to explode from the pressure of the hot water. I checked to see if it had oil and everything was fine, but when I checked, the electric fan was not working. I called Kia and they told me to call a tow truck. Luckily I was a mile from the shop, I waited for it to cool down a bit so when I arrived, the manager showed up with a mechanic and I explained what had happened and when they removed the plastic that is above the fan connections they realized that they were disconnected, I told them the risks of this overheating that the block gasket could break and the water could mix with the oil, everything ended with apologies and if there was a problem to notify them. What does an oil change have to do with the fan disconnection, when I told them they made up a story to convince me and they don't know that in Cuba it's a mechanic first and a driver second.
