After 2 hours I approached one of the Service Technicians and could not believe I had waited for 2 hours. If I had not approached the technician, nobody would talk to me. After that, the technician took responsibility for my car and was finally serviced in a reasonable time. More

Their day manager, Yitzhake Ramirez was also unhelpful. Never spoke to Alex Robles. They promised the car would be ready in a few days but ended up keeping it for weeks. Even after all that time, the issue wasn’t fixed: the car still has the same problem. The process of arranging a rental car was a mess from Kia rep side and extremely poorly handled. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. More
