I brought my Sedona in for a low beam headlight replacement. Who would have thought that replacing a headlight was a big deal. Before I came to Hollywood Kia, I checked some indapendent reapir shop replacement. Who would have thought that replacing a headlight was a big deal. Before I came to Hollywood Kia, I checked some indapendent reapir shops, who really weren't familiar with the process and misquoted me very high prices. ($200-300). I did not trust that they knew what they were doing so I decided to get it done at a factory authorized dealership. So that' what I did. The service took longer than I expected, but I was impressed that the technician made a video showing me some othe issues that needed attention. I appreciated that. The service writer was friendly, polite and attentive. They did the repair for slightly over $100, so I was very happy with that. Hollywood Kia is a very well-run and professional operation and I plan to use them again. More

For new owners I like the change. I did not like the gacr that my warranty wasn't honored and I had to pay over $1000. Very upset over this.
