Hollywood Kia - Service Center

I had a 10:00 appointment I scheduled a month in advance. When I got there a few minutes before 10:00, I was told to have a seat and they will be with me in a few minutes. The lobby was full with no seats When I got there a few minutes before 10:00, I was told to have a seat and they will be with me in a few minutes. The lobby was full with no seats open, so I stood. After 1 hour and 15 minutes of standing in the middle of the lobby, it was finally my turn. The lady at the front desk was telling everyone that walked in for their appointment that it would only be a few minutes. This was a major flaw and only made people upset. Not to mention it took me 4 calls to the service center to simply confirm my appointment prior to my visit. Don’t waste your time with these people at this dealership, you will only regret it. More
