I have left very unhappy and unsatisfied both times I have taken my car to be serviced here. This most recent time was to have window trim parts that were special delivered for my car be placed on, which have taken my car to be serviced here. This most recent time was to have window trim parts that were special delivered for my car be placed on, which I was very much looking forward to since they had been off for many months. The two rear windows trim pieces were put on correctly. The two front trim pieces were put on sloppily, leaving large gaps in between the windows and the new trim pieces. I expressed my concern to Junior at pick up, who dismissed my concern, stating "they should be fine, don't worry about it, call me if the trim pieces fall off again...." This response is unnaceptable, not client-centered and did not address my concern. I couldn't believe that these difficult to obtain trim pieces had finally been ordered however were put on incorrectly by the mechanic with my concern being dismissed by the sales representative upon pick up. The front trim pieces have once again become very loose with holes in the window exposed, just as I was worried about. This is for my 2024 Telluride, which has truly soured my experience of having a brand new Kia. More

They took 3 hours to finish an oil change. They kept my car up until closing which they were upset that I needed to get my car keys which had my personal house key. The advisor, Christopher Watson, has very poor communication skills. And he is also very rude. I explained I was told on the phone that my coupon for an oil change from my previous Kia dealership communication skills. And he is also very rude. He continues to say no until I ask for a manager. I ask about a recall that I thought had been done. It was not done, the last advisor said it was, but failed to communicate a part was needed. Apparently a part was ordered to complete the recalled but no one ever called me to let me know it was in. So the part was sent back. I ask him could he order another he says yes. As I am waiting for the oil change to be completed, I check on the status only to find out the trunk recall is being done. I ask him why would he not tell me that and I thought the part would need to be ordered again. He says we keep those in stock. I ask how long it would take because the oil change would be almost 2 hrs. He just walks off to somewhere in the back says nothing to me. Then comes back and says they are almost done with the oil change. I ask about the trunk and he says, I told them to stop. I tell him if they have already started I will waited, I already had been waiting a long time, even with an appointment. Again he just walks off nothing said. When my car is ready he tells me to sign paperwork and where to swipe my card, he does not go over anything he walks to side and is talking to someone else. I interrupt he conversation to ask him was the trunk recall done, because said nothing about it just for me to sign the paperwork and swipe my card. Unfortunately Hollywood Kia is the closest dealership to me so I will have to go back to complete the recall. More
