My Telluride one week old and never been in the service dept. Got an email from Luis Santos about repair order 27629. Called a couple of time, could not get thru him and was told he'll call me back. Service department is horrible. Had 10am appointment, arrived at 9:30 am and a newservice advisor and manager took my vehicle in. Received photo and acknowledgement that they were s Had 10am appointment, arrived at 9:30 am and a newservice advisor and manager took my vehicle in. Received photo and acknowledgement that they were serviving my vehicle at 9:54 am. Only came in for oil change and filter replacement. Waited for vehicle and did not receive it till 1:30 pm after frequent trips to service desk, was told to go sit down and we will notify you. Discovered my car parked and completed with no notification, went to service desk and was told they could not print my ticket for payment, this whole process to get ticket took 30 minutes, saw other customers who arrived after me in and out before me. Service advisor very apologetic for this mishap, discovered he was brand new with no computer of his own to use, also discovered a new Service manager only 2 days on the job, also discovered new ownership, and now no cashiers to accept payment. Was told we would be out by 12 pm. Been here before with no problems, but this was a complete mess. More
