Childish actions towards a 68-year-old person. Had my vehicle hidden on the lot while I waited for over 7 hours. He proceeded to hide my vehicle on the Kia lot for over 7 hours. He never had my vehicle worked on. I asked for a receipt, he said we did no work so there is no receipt. I'm 68 years old with health problems. Nobody should be treated this way. That's probably why you have a low service rating on Yelp. More
