My names Alexander, and I am writing about the terrific exprience at Hollywood Kia. I had gotten there at 7p.m. and was greeted at the entrance by Antonio, Unlike my previous experiences at other delearshi exprience at Hollywood Kia. He asked me what vehicle I would be interested in and then went ahead and showed me the new 2014 Optima's they had available. After showing me the variety of Optima's I chose the one I was interested in and we took it for the test drive. Antonio was well informed on the vehicle and informed me on all the changes and upgrades on the newer model. Once we returned to the dealership we proceeded inside and began the negotiation. Not only they they already offer the best deal on the Optima that I have been able to find, they were able to work with me and get me the deal I was looking for. Just a little paperwork later I was driving off in my new Optima. Great dealership, salesmen, manager, over-all great team and experience i would recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be back to trade our other vehicle for a Kia. More

It took me more than a week to find the right car because they kept showing me junk. I was told that most of the used vehicles are purchased at auction. I had a $250.00 coupon on "any" car on the lot. He took it from my salesman,and crumpled it up, and threw it in the trash can. He said it could not be used. When they wrote up the finance papers, they added an extra $1000.00 to the sale of the car, saying that the finance company charges that. When I received my final paperwork from the finance company, it had an extra $900.00 added, which they could not explain, saying that it was probably a dealer fee (but Kia advertises that they "do not" charge a dealer fee. I have never gotten the $900.00 overcharge back. The perfect car has turned out to be horrible. The next morning after the sale, I started the engine, and it made a loud rattle. When I took it to Kia Service, I was told it was probably the timing chain, But they could not be sure until they tore the engine down, which would cost $1200.00 . I called Kia, and was told it was sold as "As is". It still makes that noise at startup only, which is why I am sure that they showed it to me in the middle of the day. I had asked to see it earlier, but was told that they could not find it. Then all of a sudden, it appeared in the middle of the parking lot. A week after the sale, one of the door handles broke, but again, "sold as is". Now a second door handle is breaking. And there is no dash light switch, so I have no dash lights when I drive at night. "PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE" !!!!!!!!!!! More

I needed a good used car as soon as possible and I was determined to buy a car at Hollywood Kia because I knew that my future car was in there. I got there by 7 pm and they close at 9 pm. (That is the most convenience thing ever for people who work long hours) and I tested drive 4 cars. They were not my style and I proceeded to get a smaller car. I spent the last two hours of the day looking for the perfect car and after making the employee do several trips to get the keys of several cars, I found the one I loved; a "like new" Chevy Cobalt. I fell in loved with the car and I made it mine! Miguel was sooooo helpful, kind and was always trying to help me decide which car I should get. He was an A+ in his job. Miguel made the stressful decision to buy a car so much easier and found a car within my $$$ range. He is also bilingual so my parents were able to understand the whole process and communicate their concerns with him. Ron was the guy how took me through the paper process, very friendly yet professional and explained me everything just fine. At the end of the night, they both walked me out and made sure everything I was ready to leave the dealership. Also I get one free car wash session!. Amazing guys, amazing experience, I am recommending this place to everyone! =) More

In searching for a new car, I did some online research and decided on a 2014 Kia Forte EX. I went to several other area Kia dealerships and was a bit disappointed with the service. I googled "Kia" and Hollywood Kia came up as one of the search results so I took down the address and drove on over the very next morning. All I can say is WOW! In my years of car buying, I have never felt so comfortable dealing with a car salesman. Gonzalo was very on point when it came to helping me find the exact vehicle I wanted and when it came to negotiating the price, Carlos the manager was extremely helpful and personable. I walked out with a brand new Kia that same day, only 8 miles on the odometer and I couldn't be any happier with my decision. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership if you want to skip the "Back and Forth" on prices and tricks you may get at other dealerships. Hollywood Kia all the way! Each time, I dealt with Mr. Carlos Nunez who was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful during the entire research on the vehicle I wanted to purchase. After some discussion, I received a fair value on my trade in and a more than fair price on my vehicle. Carlos and Arthur were a pleasure to work with. I purchased my vehicle on Black Friday so I was in the dealership for quite some time. However, all the team members made sure all of the customers that were waiting were comfortably accommodated and well taken care of.
