Great Prices & Great Service For the past couple of months my husband and I have been considering purchasing a car. We believed that getting a used car would be ideal, so a close friend recommended that we stop by Hollywood Kia, he said the selection was great and that their new cars had a great price range. We stopped by a few weeks ago and a young man named Jonathan Chavez assisted us. He asked what we had in mind and we explained that we though a used car would be the best thing because of pricing. He showed us great options on used cars, but he explained that we could get a brand new Kia for something very close to our price range and he assured us we would love it. We took a look around at a few models and sure enough I am now a proud owner of a Kia Forte and I couldn't be happier. Jonathan was so helpful and he spoke Spanish which is great because my husband's English is not the best. I definitely recommend Hollywood Kia to any car shopper out there. More

Second time around This was my second time leasing at this Kia Dealership. I'm very satisfied with my recent transaction as it way outshines my last experience. Last t This was my second time leasing at this Kia Dealership. I'm very satisfied with my recent transaction as it way outshines my last experience. Last time, in 2011, although I got a very good deal, the post-purchase experience, at that time was, was less than stellar. I had decided to give the dealership a second chance, because, yes, I DID get a very good deal in 2011 and was hoping to get as good a deal again in 2014. Randy was my salesman and he was the epitome of professionalism and I appreciated that he was able to get down to business so quickly. I knew what I was there for and what I wanted. We got right to it. Randy was very easy to work with and was very accomodating. He responded to my situation, worked with me, and we wrangled down a number I could live with. He really did pull thru an extraordinary deal for me considering my very restricted budget. I leased a 2014 Kia Soul. The car has much improved from 3 years ago. I'm very satisfied with the new car and my experience this second time around. Based on this evolution of customer service, I'm sure I'll have even less reservations about going back in 2017. More

My opinion Great Experience I've been considering purchasing a new car for my father, but I have always dreaded the whole process of buying a car. My opinion on the matter is that people will try to sell you whatever they have on the lot and have you go on your way. When I visited Hollywood Kia however, I have to admit I was proven wrong. Everyone was cordial and greeted me very politely and made sure I was having a pleasant experience, specially Jonathan Chavez who helped me throughout the whole process. He was very patient with me and walked me through the best choices for my purchase. What made the experience great is that he listened to me and asked the right questions to figure out what was best for me and gave me and we narrowed it down to a couple of models. I would definitely recommend the dealer and Jonathan to anyone who is thinking of shopping for a vehicle! More
