Miguel Zayas and I had spoken a few times and he was trying to help me purchase a Kia Sorento. I had fallen in love with a 2011 Silver Kia Sorento but the time I returned it was already sold. Miguel was very attentive, outgoing, forthcoming and a great salesman. After a couple of visits and approximately 8 hours later I was ready to sign off and make a purchase. Unfortunately, at this point in time a Kevin Love who I believe is the Finance Manager of this location showed up and stated that I would have to come up with 2X the deposit money for him to get me into a 2008 Kia Sportage. I was totally shocked and told him that I could put $4000.00 down as a deposit for a 2008 car. Kevin Love was very cold, non-caring and is clueless when it comes to dealing with the public. I mentioned to him that I would leave his establishment and go to Gunter Kia and his exact word was "GO". I asked him how he could just turn away business with the economy the way it is and all the competition and he walked away from me. I hope the Joe Levy who I was told is the owner of this Kia reads this and then he will know why you salesman are not selling more cars - It's most likely because of the way Kevin Love shows no respect for customers and tells them just to leave. It is obvious that he does not own or care about Kia, the customers and or his job much or else he would work with people and treat them as a valuable customer. If I were his boss, I would definitely fire him right after reading this review. As far as Miguel Zayas - he is definitely a class act, great salesman and values customers. To make a long story even better, I went to Gunther Kia and purchased a 2013 Kia Soul Plus. I will never ever recommend anyone to purchase a car or even visit Hollywood Kia.
