Best dealership in every way! The moment I walked in I was greeted with firm handshakes (this is important to me - I judge people by their handshakes) and introductions all around. Phil, the Finance Manager asked me what monthly payments I wanted to pay. Not only did he fill my requests to a T, he even lowered them. No one pressured me in any way. I shared my trip to Russia with Igal as well as the four Russian words that I remembered. Jeff Duncan was my Salesman and he treated me like a celebrity. World Class Experience I had being do research for dad for several months and finally decided to test drive the Kia Soul. I also did my research on Hollywood Kia. The reviews were not all positive but I decided to give them a try. I went on Sunday 08/30 and Issac Smith approached us on the lot. He was not pushy and had a great personality. He was very patient with my father. He explained the Soul and then the Optima. I really wanted the Soul for my parents but he sold us on the Optima. I told Issac that I would come back tomorrow or when I returned form my trip. Then enter Spencer :) he also had a great personality and was not pushy. We left and I was so delighted with the way they treated my dad that we went back on today and purchased the 2015 Optima. I asked if they could have all the papers done because I didn't want to leave my mom alone for to long. They were amazing everything was ready when we got there. I'm truly very thankful for Issac Smith to all the help he provided us this weekend. Also a big thanks to Spencer for being so great with my dad. More
