I think it's important to note that I had my mind set on another vehicle from a different dealership and never expected to like, much less drive a Kia. I was spectacle about their design, features, and overall capability. A trip to Hollywood Kia proved me wrong! The Staff were pleasant, professional, and efficient from the start. Upon arrival, I was kindly greeted by Gonzalo (salesman) who really listened to what I wanted and how much I could afford. Gonzalo immediately led us to the vehicles that met my desired criteria and within minutes of viewing their inventory, I was test driving the car that I purchased later that evening. Gonzalo and Steve (sales manager) worked quickly and efficiently to get me a GREAT deal and make sure I had everything I needed before driving off in my new Kia Sportage. I love my new car and couldn't be happier with the deal I received from Hollywood Kia! I will definitely be back! More

My wife liked the car but after talking it through, we just could'nt afford it. I told steven and he suprised me by not walking away (our total amount we could afford was much lower than that quoted). He instead asked us to wait, and within a couple minutes came back with a price well within our budget.
