I came in with an estimate for the Telluride I wanted from another Kia Dealership. I also came in with a check from my bank. Michael Boudreaux greeted me and showed me the Telluride they had. I wanted a different one and he talked to me about how you can put a deposit and order the vehicle you want. He was super easy going and not pushy at all. I really hate it when people try to sell me stuff I don't need so I asked him for pricing without showing him how much the other dealership quoted me. He gave me a lower number than the other guys without me even negotiating. I was happy about the transparency he showed and how willing he was to help me get what I wanted. So I ordered the Telluride and with covid and all it took about 2.5 months to get here. It was perfect. Freaking amazing car. So I was about to pay for it with my banks check and I decided to ask the finance person (for the life of me I can't remember his name but he was AMAZING as well). I asked him to run my credit and offer me the best he could. To my surprise, it was a better payment than my bank. And I came with a federal credit union interest rate. Needless to say, he was also not pushing me to get the extra stuff because he knew I was there to get my car and I could leave if I felt pressured. He got my business as well and honestly, I'm taking time out of my Saturday to write this review because Hollywood Kia was absolutely on point with price, quality of service and they also didn't keep me there for hours and hours the day I got the car. Kudos to you all, keep it up. More

Fantastic sales service, very informative of the car I was about to purchase while test driving. Anchel was a pleasure to work with.
