Unethical bought used telluride with 5000 miles use car manager took my stock tires off and put cheap Walmart tires on try to get my old tires back because the new ones rode like garbage. Carlos Salazar was just PHENOMENAL!!! He really cares and listens to what the customer wants and is looking for. As far as Hollywodd Kia goes, I had to go back the following day to get the TPMS light fixed and the Service Manager, Fernando personally handled my concern. I drove off the lot without any issues, but the following morning as I arrived to work, the same light came on again. I called to speak to Fernando but he was unavailable. He shortly returned may call and we discussed how he will be handling the situation the next moment I have to come into the service department. Great customer service!!! I like when things get handled professionally and at Hollywood Kia, this has been my initial impression. Problems get solved! More
