Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. As soon as the deal was completed I was left for over 2 hours waiting for the car to be cleaned and prepared even though I called over 4 dealership. As soon as the deal was completed I was left for over 2 hours waiting for the car to be cleaned and prepared even though I called over 4 hours earlier and did the online application. Finance and insurance were fine and had everything ready, while sales was horrible. The on duty sales manager basically hid and did nothing to solve the problem and the general manager passed his responsibility to the GSM and never made an attempt to contact me. I will not recommend nor do business with your dealership again. More
