We purchased this 2021 Kia Seltos from Kermitt and it was a wonderful experience from the start. Easy, seamless, fast. Now that the car is due for its 1st service, things did not go so well. Upon entering I a wonderful experience from the start. Easy, seamless, fast. Now that the car is due for its 1st service, things did not go so well. Upon entering I did not get greeted, so I proceeded to the reception where a rude receptionist named Nicole told me very rudely to go sit in the chair and wait be called, she did not even look at me, she kept looking at her monitor. Once waiting in chairs, service advisors yell out customers' names from the middle of the lobby instead of approaching the waiting room where we are told to sit and wait. Upon leaving the car I make sure to verify with my advisor Tevan Carter that the car will be washed upon completion of today's service. You can see the attached photos to see how they DID NOT wash the vehicle. Overall a HORRIBLE service experience. The purchase process was great, but you still have to service the new vehicle, I strongly do not recommend this experience. I have never been to a dealership's service department where you are treated this poorly and the service is not good. I only hope the actual mechanics did a good job and the car has no issues. More
