Worse experience ever. Sales Manager made sure to tell me I was hard to make happy because I held them to their sales “promises”. Also, they like to blame Covid-19 for xxxx work. Do not go here unless you want subpar service. The salesman didn’t even know what certain features of the vehicle he was trying to sell did. The salesman would also tell you one thing about a warranty and then once you got inside to finish up the paperwork and asked to see it in writing, the finance manager would say oh he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. That’s not how the warranty works. By far, the worst dealership I’ve been too. Has that used car buy here pay here vibe to it. Will continue doing business with Greenway Kia in west palm beach where they actually take care of their customers. So that was the cons of the dealership. The pro is, the salesman topped off my pre-certified car off with gas. Oh boy. Oh and the finance manager hooked me up with a “protection” kit and said I could pay for it when I get the money. Robert Pena was really the only one that made you feel like a customer should. I’m sure because he was getting a check but at the end of the day, aren’t we all? More

I received a letter Advertising that, if you purchased a car that you will get 0 0/0 APR for 75 months and NO PAYMENT for 6 months which I didn't receive and I left several message to MR.
