Dealer does not follow through I was satisfied with the whole leasing process with the exception of the Insurance portion. I had to have insurance on the car in order to drive it ho I was satisfied with the whole leasing process with the exception of the Insurance portion. I had to have insurance on the car in order to drive it home. The insurance representative said he had a company that would give me the Insurance for $200 a month but they do not write the policy or bind the car until the next day. So I had to continue with Geico at $265.00 per month with a first payment of $365 in order to get the car home. The insurance man said he would set the policy up with the other company the next day. A few days later, after not hearing from the Insurance guy I called back and he stated that he would have it done before 2/3/19, the date I needed to make my payment to Geico. A dealership that does not follow through does not deserve an Excellent rating, especially when their inaction costs the customer a lot of money. More

The level of service I received was amazing from all departments including Mitchell, Garfield and Sean in finance. I’ve just been fighting with insurance companies for weeks trying to get a new car after a total loss and then I went to Hollywood Kia and worked with David And Yamilet And everyone else involved there and they were able to get my into a car in a matter of hours!
