I went to this place to get a car that I thought I would love. I soon realized it was the craziest mistakes I've ever made. I went to buy a used car everything was great but AC was not working in FL not acc love. I soon realized it was the craziest mistakes I've ever made. I went to buy a used car everything was great but AC was not working in FL not acceptable, so I was to have the AC fixed and called to pick up my new car. When I got the call it was all set I assumed all was set and that I was now able to enjoy my car. Not even a month I started to realize my AC was not working. I called the service made an apt, when I got there I was told to come the next day when my warranty was active I didn't understand why if they said they would fix it? This has been a non-stop issue I bring the car back every 4-5 months with the same issues. I've had water squirting through the vents, torn seats, the dashboard improperly replaced, and many other things. I have my car there now with been over 5 days and not even a phone call tells me what is going on even when I left 2 voice mails. After calling today the phone was immediately blocked but when I called on my wife's phone the call went straight through. These people even tried to not give me an appointment over the phone so I had to show up. These people are extremely unprofessional and should not be in charge of the service department. 1 year and 8 months and the issues have not been resolved. More

My wife and I were pleased with the way Hollywood Kia took good care of us. Due to low inventory Christopher Mickens and Douglas did everything possible to make sure we got the K5 we wanted.
