Kermit the salesperson was great. The finance staff sucked. Respect customer choice, and decision, once all information is given. I had to walk out of finance guy's office, almost walked away from the deal, except for Kermit had to complete the transaction with salesperson (Kermit) alone outside the office. This my 3rd brand kia vehicle within 2 yrs. I deserved better!! More

we leased a new KIA SPORTAGE and did not know it did not come with spare tire. Now ur vacation plans to disney World 300 miles away and to Sanibel Island 200 miles away are stopped.
