I am a practitioner and I own a couple of vehicles from a different dealer (Just to mention that I have experienced different types of customer service). My last car was purchased from KIA AT HOLLYWOOD in De different dealer (Just to mention that I have experienced different types of customer service). My last car was purchased from KIA AT HOLLYWOOD in December 2020, which makes me a new customer of a new car. Unfortunately, today I can say that I am really disappointed with the service provided a "SUPERVISOR NAMED" TEVIN CARTER; worst customer service ever. Just to compare, I have 2 Toyota's Car from Toyota of North Miami and I can tell you, they really make you feel wanted and important. They will go above and beyond, will do whatever it takes to get a WAOOO of your experience, specially if you purchased a BRAND NEW CAR; MY NEW KIA soul 2021 is having an issue with one of the tires that losing pressure for the past two weeks. My wife is driving the car so you know I don't want her to feel insecure while driving; I excused myself from the clinic and I took the car to the dealer last week; that day I spoke to ALEJANDRO (Very nice guy who told me that they will look at it and will try to fix it. I agreed since I arrived around 4 pm and he assured me that if the problem persists to come back... The problem continued so I went back on Saturday morning at 11am, unfortunately, I didn't find Alejandro BUT Unluckily I found TEVIN who since I arrived displayed a negative aptitude; I thought maybe this guy had a long day or is experiencing some problems. When I arrived I explained what happened before that Alejandro told me to come back if the problem was not fixed: TEVIN told me Alejandro is not here, you can either come back when he is here or make an appointment; I asked him to talk to a supervisor in order to explain my problem. He replied He IS the supervisor and since they do not accept walk-in and that we can make an app for which there was not available for the next 5 days; My wife always sweet says ok let's make an app; so today 08/18/2021 we had to take more time off work, we dropped the car in the morning at 10:00 am and left it until 5 pm. When we went to pick up the car this afternoon, TEVIN CARTER told me HE Does not know what the problem is AND THAT HE ADVISES ME TO GO TO A TIRE STORE TO HAVE THE CAR FIXED SINCE THEY ARE SPECIALIST IN TIRES... Very disappointed. Had a leased Kia to return and wanted to lease a new one. Was given an offer. Went back the next day to negotiate and got there at 1 PM. (Byt his time they had taken my car keys to appraise my car). Waited another 30 minutes and was given initial paperwork to fill out and sign. At 3 PM was told the car they had leased to me was not available as it was coming from another dealership and had been sold. Showed me the same model in a different color which was not acceptable. (I suspect that was he plan all along. Was told they would look for what I wanted. At 4:30, having not seen my salesman for over an hour, I told the receptionist I was leaving and to contact my salesman and have him return my keys. He came quickly and started to explain. I told him there was no viable excuse to keep me there 3 1/2 hours and lease me a car they had no control over. He said he would continue to look. I left. Should have left at 3. More
