Sale was easy and quick. HOWEVER, once it’s done there is no response from any staff when you have an issue. They didn’t send my payoff of my trade and I ended up paying car payments for my new car and my tr no response from any staff when you have an issue. They didn’t send my payoff of my trade and I ended up paying car payments for my new car and my trade for a month before it was resolved. I had to go to the dealership and directly address the GM to get the issue resolved. I paid off the car. After 4 months of emails, sending and resending forms and phone calls I still don’t have my GAP refund. May have to get an attorney. Don’t expect any follow up or assistance if you buy a car here. Very poor customer service. Bought a car at dealership n 8/6/21,did a trade that was supposedly be paid of by 8/10/21 well know i have the finance company all over saying payment is overdue. Called Hollywood Kia and was given an answering machine left messages and of course no return call. Decided i would swing by what a mistake that was saw the tru colors of this dealership management team. Spoke to the finance guy who said he was a manager which i found hard to beleive a finance manager at a car dealership who doesn't have business card and according to him they will pay whatever penalties they were, oh really is it your credit that will take the hit? Okay let's try the General Manager Level to my surprise not there today and no name or business card. Then he tells me he spoke to someone in accounting but doesnt have names for that department also Wow at this point i am saying what kind of Mickey Mouse operation is this. No one knows names,no business cards xxx. At this point i was like i am not getting anywhere with these clowns. Will have to hire an attorney now to try and get this fixed. Amazing to top it off i was about to buy another car from them a telluride which i was about to put a deposit in with your salesman Clearance this week the car was due in on 9/4/21. You probably don't know who Clearance is because no one seems to jack there. Take your business elsewhere very shady folks all over you when you purchasing a vehicle but post sales customer service they suck. To the owner if hollywood Kia don't know who you have running that operation but good luck i know it doesn't matter to you. One thing i figured out is no business cards for management you must be get a ton of complaints. @ the company who respond to these reviews with your system generated messages don't waste my time..
