After running into Bill he convinced me he could get me into a new car for the same set price I had in mind for a used car, which definitely caught my interest for the safety of our new baby girl. He worked VERY hard and diligently on a deal that would accommodate the monthly payments we had in mind. By the end of the day I was the proud new owner of a beautiful, certified pre-owned Kia Optima! I can't thank Bill enough for all he did for us, with the deal and also keeping us occupied with his friendly demeanor during the waiting process. Not once did I feel like he was forcing something on to me, or rushing me to finalize a deal that was not in my best interest. Sean then took us to the proper area of the dealership to view the various vehicles in our price range. We found the perfect car and the perfect price so we purchased the vehicle on the spot. Great Prices & Great Service For the past couple of months my husband and I have been considering purchasing a car. We believed that getting a used car would be ideal, so a close friend recommended that we stop by Hollywood Kia, he said the selection was great and that their new cars had a great price range. We stopped by a few weeks ago and a young man named Jonathan Chavez assisted us. He asked what we had in mind and we explained that we though a used car would be the best thing because of pricing. He showed us great options on used cars, but he explained that we could get a brand new Kia for something very close to our price range and he assured us we would love it. We took a look around at a few models and sure enough I am now a proud owner of a Kia Forte and I couldn't be happier. Jonathan was so helpful and he spoke Spanish which is great because my husband's English is not the best. I definitely recommend Hollywood Kia to any car shopper out there. More
