HOLLYWOOD KIA DOES VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS I PURCHASED 2 LEXUS' FROM HOLLYWOOD KIA 3 WEEKS APART ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY DID EVEN CHECK OVER MY LEXUS .AFTER BEING ASSURED EVERYTHING WAS OK I PURCHASED 2 LEXUS' FROM HOLLYWOOD KIA 3 WEEKS APART ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY DID EVEN CHECK OVER MY LEXUS .AFTER BEING ASSURED EVERYTHING WAS OK FOR MY RIDE BACK TO TAMPA, ABOUT 350 MILES BUT LOW AND BEHOLD UPON RETURING HOME FOUND THAT i HAD NO HEADLIGHTS ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. THE BULBS WERE RUSTED AND THE BALLAST BURNT OUT AMONG OTHER THINGS. I WAS PROMISED A FOG LIGHT GARNISH AND A SWITCH ON THE DASH WHICH HAD A WIDE OPEN HOLE IN MY DASH.THE MANAGER jONATHAN LEVY HAS LIED TO ME AND MY WIFE DAILY AND WE GOT NOTHING THAT WAS PROMISED. I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER BECAUSE THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED AND ARE THE TYPICAL SLIME BALL DEALER THE DOES UNDERHANDED THINGS TO GET YOUR MONEY.( WHEN I WAS BUYING MY CAR THERE WERE 2 OTHER COUPLES RAISING xxxx BECAUSE THEY WERE SOLD LEMONS. NOW WHAT A COINCEDENCE. More

Lance P This was my first time buying/leasing a new car. The car was for my wife who wanted a new kia optima. She was looking for only a white model with just This was my first time buying/leasing a new car. The car was for my wife who wanted a new kia optima. She was looking for only a white model with just a few features nothing fancy. She wanted a lease so we shopped around and to a few different dealers. I found the car she wanted at Hollywood kia. When I arrived they had many different models to choose from. The salesman Ricky approached me and we started discussing what I was looking for. I told him the price I wanted to be and that was that he got me the price I wanted. I felt completely comfortable the whole time which sometimes isn't an easy thing when buying a car. Ricky never pressured me or tried to sell me anything more than what I wanted. The process took some time but it was not Ricky's fault. The dealer can get busy at times so depending on what time you go there can be a wait. The car was cleaned up very nice and the gas was filled up and I was offered free oil changes as we'll. Overall a good experience thanks to Ricky who did a great job. More

The Best Sales man I have ever came in contact with I came into Hollywood Kia because I wanted a new car. Randy F. made me feel at home, he broke down every statistic about the car and had the best know I came into Hollywood Kia because I wanted a new car. Randy F. made me feel at home, he broke down every statistic about the car and had the best knowledge about any car on the lot used and new. I felt comfortable speaking with someone that knew what they were talking about. I ended up not qualifying for the Optima that I wanted but Randy F. made sure that I went home happy, he made sure that I left with a car I could smile about. He made sure that he could get me into the payments that I needed without putting money down, and he fought with the banks to make sure I was satisfied. We searched every car on lot even in the rain, he said he wanted to do his best to give back because at one time in his life he has been there. My wife was comfortable and satisfied, Randy Flores got me into a 2011 Ford Fusion with 40,000 miles for a low price and my target payment, with no money down and just my car as a down payment. Randy is the type of salesman you want. As an Army Veteran I salute him for making this difficult process easy. He took about 1hr and the staff was pleasant and respectful. Without Randy, I would have been stuck. Thank you Randy Flores for giving back and being a true salesman for the people. More
