SCAM SCAM SCAM !! I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE 9/17/16 AND ALREADY HAVING MECHANICAL ISSUES...MY CAR WILL NOT START UP, MY HONK STOPPED WORKING AS SOON AS I DROVE THE CAR !! I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE 9/17/16 AND ALREADY HAVING MECHANICAL ISSUES...MY CAR WILL NOT START UP, MY HONK STOPPED WORKING AS SOON AS I DROVE THE CAR OFF THE LOT, WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THEM AND ADVISED THEM OF IT NO ONE RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS!! THEY ARE SO PLEASANT WHEN THEY SELL YOU THE CAR NOW THAT YOU NEED THEM THEY ARE NO WHERE IN SIGHT..THE SALES REP TOLD ME TO BRING IN THE CAR SO THEY CAN CHECK IT OUT LAST WEEK,WHEN I TRIED TO COME IN HE SAID HE WAS BOOKED AND CAN NO LONGER SEE ME?? WHAT!! I AM NOW STUCK WITH A 9,000 THAT I CAN NOT USE?? AND IF I DO A VOLUNTARY REPOSSESSION MY CREDIT WILL GO DOWN THE DRAIN.. Fraud fraud fraud!!! I purchased a new Kia Soul with a Platinum Warranty in 2011. I thought everything was wonderful until recently when I went in for a repair. I got a na I purchased a new Kia Soul with a Platinum Warranty in 2011. I thought everything was wonderful until recently when I went in for a repair. I got a nail in my tire, something that is clearly covered by the warranty road hazard assistance, and I was told I had no coverage. Long story short, they sold me a lie, a warranty that doesn't exist. Apparently the paperwork was filed incorrectly and I never had coverage. Even though I paid a lot of money for it and I have paperwork that states I have this warranty. Still, they have all the excused why they won't honor it. They haven't even reimbursed me for the tire repair that I had to pay out of pocket. They have lied to my face repeatedly and are currently dodging my calls. So I paid nearly $$ 2,000 for nothing, and I want my money back. I could legitimately sue them and win. They don't care. They say customer service is their top priority, not even close. They have lied to me repeatedly and the receptionists are extremely rude! More

The worst service ever! Unprofessional, dishonest and a complite scam. Took my car to 360° service. After I paid more than $230. Found that they even didn't fill out its fluids, charged for windshield blades but did not replaced them. They didn't even clear the car but left scratches on it. When question the services representative, he had one excuse after other. Even lied to us about the reazon why "we don't top breaks fluid". Complete disappointed. I would give them zero stars. More
