Because it was so close to the holidays the shipping of the paperwork got messed up, but they went above and beyond to make it happen! I was originally working with Michael and he did a phenomenal job. Last minute Chris had to step in for him because of an emergency. Chris is hands down one of the best salesman I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Keep in mind the dealership is in Florida and I am located in North Carolina, however everytime I send a text or picked up the phone he answered. He never lost his cool even when things got tough because of the paperwork, and the experience was the best car buying experience I've ever had.
