He was very nice and asked me questions and helped me decide to what car I wanted to buy. He was very helpful and the thing I liked most is he was not pushy at all. He gave me a great deal and I could not be any happier! Hollywood Kia has great prices and great to employees, it was overall a great experience! More

I took my car in the morning of January 31, 2017 because my airbag indicator light turned on. Signing in was a breeze. The front desk clerk was pleasant. As for the wait time, it didn't take that long to be seen by a service advisor. Perhaps a 15 minutes or less wait time. My service advisor was Tevan and he was simply amazing and efficient. He was very personable and knowledgeable in his line of work, and spent some time explaining to me, in simple terms, everything concerning the service of my car. And once my car was taken away to be serviced, I knew it would be in great hands with the mechanics. Waiting for the problem to be fixed took some time. I waited in the lounge for 3 hours. But Tevan, true to form, was amazing and kept me posted periodically on my car's status. What a way to go! Got my car and problem was fixed. Thanks for all your help Tevan and the wonderful Hollywood Kia Team. I'll be back!!! More

The salesperson helped us on the phone the day before answering all of our questions and making us feel comfortable about the vehicle. When we got to the dealer we were greeted by Salesperson Joey Sanjuan who showed us the truck. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the truck we were looking at. He helped us through the whole process of purchasing the vehicle and made it a very pleasant experience! More
Quick, low pressure, and honest I have obtained 2 vehicles now through Hollywood Kia, and I have nothing bad to say about either of my experiences. This most recent time I worked wit I have obtained 2 vehicles now through Hollywood Kia, and I have nothing bad to say about either of my experiences. This most recent time I worked with salesman Sean, and the moment I stepped onto the lot, Sean was ready to assist me, and in short order helped me find the perfect Kia Soul! After the test drive and quick, low pressure approval process with Sean, I worked with Karissa in finance and she was splendid. She took the time to explain everything to me, was never condescending or pushy, and she made sure to stay in my price range. I even won a cute key chain at the end of my visit! Thank you Sean, Karissa, and Hollywood Kia for always being professional and courteous. If you are ready to purchase your Kia, I highly recommend this dealer! More
Burned Pretty Bad My experience with Kia of Hollywood was a 2 month long headache that left me feeling as though I was ripped off. My only advice to whoever is reading My experience with Kia of Hollywood was a 2 month long headache that left me feeling as though I was ripped off. My only advice to whoever is reading this review and chooses to do business with them ensures they do an extensive amount of research and due diligence prior to purchasing a used car from them. Granted, the vehicle I purchased was not overly expensive, they still elected to sell it to me under the false pretenses that the vehicle was never in an accident. Not only will they lie to you and not think twice about it, they will encourage you to lie and make false claims to your insurance company if it benefits them. Regarding my experience with this dealership it is amazing to me these people are still in business. My ill-fated experience started when I purchased a chevy traverse the last week of December 2016. They were kind enough to deliver the vehicle and the paper to my home where the deal was finalized. With 3 children in the house and signing of paperwork, we did not have the time to go over the car with a fine tooth comb. A few hours later, my wife sits in the driver’s seat to drive the car for the first time. She looks up and points out a crack in the wind shield. Mind you, the salesman drove this vechile to my home which is about 35 minutes from the dealership and did not notice the crack (In all fairness, the crack was only about an inch long). I took pictures and forwarded them to salesman. The salesman Howard immediately referred me to the Sales Manager, Yair who I had my first conversation about this matter with on Monday January 2nd. Yair requested that I place a claim with my insurance because I would not be charged and apparently the first time you do this with an insurance company in Florida it does not adversely affect your standing with the insurance company. When I informed him that from a moral standpoint, that was something I would not do, he told me that he would get with the General Manager Devin and would call me back the following day. After calling every day to discuss with Yair if the dealership was going to cover the wind shield and not getting a call back I took it upon myself to go into the dealership to get some answers. On Friday January 6th of that week I had gone in the dealership to discuss in detail with Yair as to the standing of my broken windshield. This seemed as though the only course of action due to the fact that Yair stated he would call me on Tuesday and never reached out on the day he assured he would. He also never returned my follow-up calls I made from Tuesday through Friday. This would be the second circumstance that this person has lied to me. When I arrived to the dealership on Friday evening, I was informed that Yair left for the day and he was the only person that was able to speak to me with regards to this matter. On my way out I was notified that the GM named Devin was actually on premise and I made it a priority to speak to him regarding this matter. Upon my introduction and a brief background on my situation he recalled prior conversations that he had with Yair regarding the vehicle. At this point he acted as though he had set it up where my windshield was going to be covered by the dealership only to inform me that he was urging me to make a false claim to my insurance company to get the windshield replaced. After going back and forth with Devin for about an hour and a half I conceded and agreed to take his offer to pay for half of the windows replacement. Needless to say my interaction with the GM and their sales manager manager did not give me a warm fuzzy feeling at all! Despite that I had a Carfax vehicle background on the car that I had stated the vehicle was not in an accident, I did not feel as though I was being told the truth by this dealership. During negotiations of the price of the vehicle Yair had adamantly stated that the vehicle was never in an accident and the reason there was not a balance of the manufacturer’s warranty was because the vehicle was “purchased at auction” despite the vehicle only having 30,000 miles on it. Needless to say, I purchased a vehicle check from AutoCheck.com and was informed that the vehicle was involved in a hit and run. With my blood boiling I contacted the GM and I informed him of my circumstance and gave him the opportunity to make the situation right. I told him that I would even pay a 2% restocking fee for them to take the vehicle back. Devin requested to speak to the sales manager Yair and we would discuss the situation the following day. The next day during the phone conversation, Yair very unintelligently incriminated himself by stating that he has “never lied in his life”. This despite he told me the vehicle was never in an accident and he would call me back. Both statements proved to be false. Upon discussing the situation while on speaker phone with Devin and Yair I realized this was an exercise in futility. Devin had no interest in making the situation right despite Yair acknowledged he had sold the vehicle to me under the false pretense that it was never in an accident. As the phone call was concluding, I had made the comment that “If we both did not know the car was in an accident then we all could have done a better job of doing our homework”. Lacking sensibility, Yair said “I did do my homework”, meaning that if he had know the vehicle was in an accident from doing his homework and elected to sell it to me without disclosing, then the statement he made was confirmed false by his own admission. I believe that Devin realized this and then started yelling over every statement I attempted to make like a petulant child. “No Rick, what’s next”. I did not have time to play these childish games and decided to end the conversation there. I should have done a better job of researching this dealership and for that I learned a tremendous amount. Largely because this was a franchised dealership I felt as though they would not conduct themselves in the manner in which they did. This was not the first used vehicle that I purchased and my prior experience was delightful. These folks are the reason why used car salespeople have the “sleazy” stigma that they do. If you do not believe this review I’ve also included the link to their review by the Better Business Bureau below. They have an “F” rating. More

The warranty co. was contacted to make a long story short they sent out an adjuster he reported back to the warranty company that the car was being operated basically without a sufficient amount of oil in the engine, mind you I'd been getting regular oil changes from this same dealership. The warranty company refused to pay now I'm out of a car. Well low and behold the General Manager took it upon himself to have my car fixed. I will forever be grateful for this dealership and the wonderful employees they went above and beyond. More
