She went Over and Beyond the Call of Duty to assure that my boyfriend and I would drive a vehicle off their lot today We was a bit unsettled and apprehensive about being approved because our credit was a little damaged, however Lillian was very friendly, knowledgable, with a sunny disposition! She provided professional and honest advice that would work in our favor in owning a car. We were there for what seemed like eternity (forever), However Killian made sure we were taken care of by constantly checking on us in making sure we was alright. She also kept the communication line open as to what was going on step by step. Finally, she informed us that we was approved. What at first seemed IMPOSSIBLE, became POSSIBLE. She was AWESOME!!!
