Hollywood Chrysler Jeep - Service Center

Part(shifter took long)service itself good. very upset about,my car was here 2 weeks,5 minutes after leaving the dealer flat tire on turnpike south,took it to tire place after using the spare ti very upset about,my car was here 2 weeks,5 minutes after leaving the dealer flat tire on turnpike south,took it to tire place after using the spare tire,the air valve was completely loose(he barely touch it with finger &fell inside tire)then noticed big white smudge scratch on side tire.they test drive only(they sweared)if I would have gone at high speed, I could have gotten killed blowing the tire.gas tank was full when I drop it, half tank when I picked it up. Didn't resolve issue on my Jeep. I brought it to this dealership which is where I bought it in Jan 2021. I started having a clicking noise in the driver side doors on Oct 2021. The made me wait 2 hours before they came back and told me that they don't have time to look at it today and I would have to bring it back. Fast toward to Jan 2022 I had someone rear end me so I brought it to Autonation. They wouldn't even listen to the sound and told me to Bri f it back to Hollywood. I made an appt for March 4. I had already been in contact with Jeep Care so they would provide me a rental. Rick the service manager never even heard from Jeep Care on this issue he states even though I showed him the email. They had my car for 9 days. By the 7th day they final told me they had duplicate the noise. March 11 I get a call from Bill. He says they took the door panels off and hasn't heard the noise and that I can come get my Jeep cus Chrysler wants their rental back. Picked up my Jeep on March 12 and not even 10 mins later the clicking started again. I call the service dept and Bill tells me that he will speak to who he needs to speak to so I can bring it back and he will call me Monday. It is now Friday now and no call yet. I get in contact with Jeep Care again. They tell me that Rick the service manager told me that the click is faint and to bring it back when it gets louder. I am beyond annoyed at this point. If your service people heard the noise then why do I have to bring it back a third time. You should have fixed the issue. So now I have to bring it back and it definitely will not be this dealership. Also they put 59 miles on my car. That is a little extreme if you ask me. Especially that the noise is in my doors. I even told them the noise happened when the car is still. I have even provided video of the issue which shows it happens when my Jeep isn't driving. More

I had my oil change here and the advisor Jose was very friendly and helpful in determining my service package therefore I had my service for free.
