There is no direction on where to go if you have an appointment. I ask one of the mechanics where to go if I had an appointment and they direct me to the mechanics front desk. When I ask if I was in the right place for an appointment they barely listen to me and gave me a document to put my information, after filling out my information I again told him that I had an appointment he then directed me to another section to go. After asking around where to find the person who I supposed to have an appointment with (Jose Hernandez) I get to his unorganized office and then he made me wait for another 30 mins. Then he verified my appointment and ask if I am waiting for the car or leaving, I decided to leave it and he told me the car should be done by the end of the day and that I would be receiving a call before any major work would be done. After few hours pass and I never received a call, the next day I called and spoke with Jose Hernandez, he told me that the car wont be done until maybe Monday (I left the car Friday morning). When I left my car he never told me it will be that long, he even ask me if I was going to wait for the car. I called back and got hung up before even speaking. They transfer me to the a manager but he never picked up I ended up leaving a voicemail. I haven't received a call back till this day. Over all, this has been my worst experience in a Jeep service.
