This location is convenient but barely adequate service-wise. All the people standing around and not one of them greets you. They will all let you wander around looking like an idiot without saying service-wise. All the people standing around and not one of them greets you. There should be someone dedicated to guiding guests to their service writer or letting them know how long the wait will be.. When I have a discount, I get the run around from the service writer to the express lane to the cashier and back. Literally. And more than once. This last experience, my service writer proudly reminded me that he was a paper pusher and not a mechanic. I hate that cannot expect him to act in my interest and apply my extended warranty but I have to get my husband involved to “gently remind” them that I have an expensive warranty that should cover most of the service. It’s intentionally humiliating. Although it should be more embarrassing that half the techs there can’t drive my stick shift. And they had my car for 3 days to replace the batteries! I was texting my service writer while I was on hold with him for updates. I was on hold so long I got hung up on, twice! This dealership is about two miles from my house. So 2 stars for that. More
