I Took my car because the usb ports at the front and center console were not working. Since arrival the service advisor Jose Hernandez was rude. My car was in the service department all day only to rece center console were not working. Since arrival the service advisor Jose Hernandez was rude. My car was in the service department all day only to received a call from Mr. Hernandez telling me that was nothing wrong with my usb ports because his tablet work on my car. I asked him what was the service he provide to my car but his answer was that my phone must be the problem! The interaction was terrible and disrespectful to the point that I have to ask for the manager. Nothing was done to my car, the manager apologized and recommend me to change the cables and offer to check on me the next day which he didn’t do. I don’t write reviews unless I have to praise someone but in this case I want to avoid another customer feel and experience the mistreat and disrespect I did. Thank you! More

I bought this Jeep Liberty,as is, but was assured by, the salesman Jim Robinson and the Service Advisor Jena Carr, that this old Libertyy had been throughly inspected.
