My service experience was excellent thanks to the service manager Bill who explained what was needed to be done on my vehicle. Jose in the service center was also extremely helpful with moving the service manager Bill who explained what was needed to be done on my vehicle. Jose in the service center was also extremely helpful with moving the babys car seat, opening doors, and helping me return the car rental. Overall, the service went smooth and everyone was so helpful and nice! My vehicle rides just as smooth as ever! More

Terrible. They give appointments for 7am on Saturday but don’t open till 8am. Even at 8am they didn’t have gates open causing a huge line of cars to enter the They give appointments for 7am on Saturday but don’t open till 8am. Even at 8am they didn’t have gates open causing a huge line of cars to enter the dealership which caused me to not be able to enter and be susceptible to be hit by a car in the street, risking customers lives! They then proceeded to tell me they don’t do appointments despite they giving me one when I called! This caused me to have to wait an extra hour and a half for my car to even be touched! They never do anything but oil changes, which resulted in a battery of my dying one time. I had to beg them to do a full check up on my car so that wouldn’t happen again and guess what, my car failed the battery inspection! If I hadn’t begged them to check my car would have failed me again! This caused an extra 2 hours of me being in dealership. Horrible experience. More
