Worst experience I have ever had for service at a dealership. I will never waste five and a half hours to get my oil changed and the computer flashed. Other issues I had with the vehicle were not eve dealership. I will never waste five and a half hours to get my oil changed and the computer flashed. Other issues I had with the vehicle were not even checked. They kept on pushing for me to leave my Jeep and rent a vehicle. More

I had a terrible experience. My service rep, Jose, never kept me up to date on what was going on with my truck. He said he would call me or text me when my truck was good to go a My service rep, Jose, never kept me up to date on what was going on with my truck. I had to show up to the service depart a couple times just to get in contact with him to know when I could get my truck back. More
