For some reason We went twice in two days and the second time Helen checked with the manager to waive our service Helen is the best service director! My experience was good. I was able to drop off my car very easily sign in and wait in their air-conditioned lounge. They provided a refreshments machine and water and even h I was able to drop off my car very easily sign in and wait in their air-conditioned lounge. They provided a refreshments machine and water and even had a charging station with multiple choices of chargers. It was very clever and very conscientious. More

Well, vehicle is not yet fixed, since April there has been no solution. My "5" Star is for the Team...However thank you to Jena, greatly knowledgeable about the service process and has been wonderful to been no solution. Environment was clean and inviting. Most employees were courteous and knowledgeable. For vehicle services there are two separate check-in desks depending on what the service your vehicl Most employees were courteous and knowledgeable. For vehicle services there are two separate check-in desks depending on what the service your vehicle requires is; however, there are no signs indicating where you should check in at. It was frustrating to find out I was in the wrong line and then had to wait until the vehicle in front of me was processed because there was two vehicles behind me. More
