Very slow service, too many workers not doing anything besides just walking around smoking their vape cigarettes. walked in around 10:30am and left 1:00pm. I will be going to the Pembroke Pines or Miami Lakes locations. The Hollywood ( or should I say Holly-hood ) location is a joke! More

Worst mechanics ever. Misdiagnosed multiple times, that cost me 4 months fixing my Cherokee and over 6K unnecessary repairs( total 11 k dollars spent). Tech Advisor almost every time lie and turn and twist my words on documents to avoid lawsuits. Every time you leave a car with a problem, tgey return it and says on papers tjat its fixed, but its not. Advisor would say on documents that u requested a part replaced, but its tgeir mechanic that suggested it. It was not the only time that they screwed me over. They did many times replace unnecessary parts that did not fix anything. It looks not bad as long as u have warranty, but any repairs out of your pocket would cost u a leg and arm. I had cooling system replaced at 3.000 dollars when at other places it might have cost me 40% cheaper. I hate this place so much that if I break right on the street next to this dealership, I Would Not come ask their help. When I bought new jeep with them, it was a painful process of negotiating. You can never be clear about total sum u pay. I came with my own financing as partial payment, but they denied using it and I had to do chrysler financing at a higher 1,5% rate. I was coming for "free" oil changes and every time the engine bay was all spilled with oil. I k ow thus dealership for 8 years and multiple bS situations. I was complaining only inside dealership, but they burned me so badly financially lately and refused to compensate their bad for all unnecessary repairs, that I WILL NOT BE SILENT! I WIll SOREAD TGE WORD. I WILL FET IN TOUCH WITH THE OWNER IF BUSINESS. I WILL LET KNOW IN JEEPERS CLUBS! AND ABOVE AND BEYOND FCA CHRYSLER JEEP CORP AND ON EVERY LOCAL CORNER IN FLORIDA. More
