The service that was provided was good but I made an appointment for 930 and it took 2.5 hours to get in and out when I was told to go to the express lane and it would be quick. Mechanic was very professional. Only issue and I have this problem at other dodge dealerships, which is the mechanic always leaves oil stains in the vehicle and door handles. Most importantly I did not like how the person at the desk saw me pull up and did not address me. I feel like the customer should at a minimum be acknowledged upon arrival.
