Helen was my service rep. Extremely disrespectful, rude and did not want to help me with a loaner. Acted as if I was a nuisance instead of a loyal Jeep customer. Didn't giv Extremely disrespectful, rude and did not want to help me with a loaner. Acted as if I was a nuisance instead of a loyal Jeep customer. Didn't give me any paperwork for my repair. Said she would email it to me then dismissed as if it was too much to ask. I have never met a person with such Aweful people skills working in a customer service position. She actually answered her phone in front of me and was equally as rude to the individual on the line. I work in customer service. If she were my employee I would put her on notice. I spoke with a young gentleman in your employ and he confirmed that she is disrespectful yo coworkers as well! I hope someone will reach out to me. 954-790-0505 or 954-703-3015. Gary More
Did not rotate tires & was listed to do so and got a lame excuse. Service rep helping me even listed on the bottom of the sheet to check my right rear light and when I signed out to get my car back the guy h excuse. Service rep helping me even listed on the bottom of the sheet to check my right rear light and when I signed out to get my car back the guy had excuses as to why the light or rotation of times weren’t done. I pay for extended warranty for a reason. I come from miami and called my previous service rep (will not name her to avoid conflicts) and she never returns my calls to make an appointment to service my vehicle due to living in miami and trying to find someone to possibly have to take me back home. I choose Hollywood Chrysler because of the great service I have received in the past. Since my first service rep retired it’s been a nightmare. More

I don't think I got the best service possible with my concerns with a brand-new car. Something doesn't feel right when driving it and I don't think there was enough concerns on taking care. I paid for new tires and they replaced my spare with one of my old tires. They admitted to the fault and asked to correct the disservice. The service manager I talked to and told me he would, "take care of everything", died of a heart attack the day before I brought in my Jeep. I was truly shocked and felt sympathetic. When I dropped off my Jeep, I decided to have two more tires replaced. HCJ actually tried to charge me for the tire they stole. I was upset but still sympathetic. Please note, at this time when I was at the cashier(s) desk (who are, believe it or not, 100% the most uplifting people at HCJ), I observed a family complaining about the service department and that it lost HCJ a new sale. Take that for what it is worth. Considering the situation with the manager who passed away, I believe there may have been emotional distress in the service department, and in fairness and told the HCJ service associate I would pay for two new tires, even thought other agreement were made with the manager who passed away. The tires were replaced and I noticed a "gunk" on the rims. It looked like a sealant they may have used to set the tire to the rim. When I washed my Jeep the following weekend, I noticed why they put the sticky substance (gunk) on my wheel rim. It appears they covered up the damages and scratches they created when installing the tires on my rims. I text my service manager about the issues and she asked me to bring my Jeep in to "do everything in [her] power" to rebuild my trust. There is a saying, "Screw me once, shame on you...Screw me twice, shame on me." Hollywood Chrysler Jeep has truly provided me with a disservice. The service department has thieves working for them and the managers and service associates try to cover up for the disservice. This is my second response regarding dissatisfaction. The sad thing is, I recommended HCJ to several friends and associates and one actually purchase a Jeep from this organization. I do not trust nor want to bring my Jeep to the service department at HCJ anymore. They may still have an opportunity to rectify the disservice, but it will not be by me wasting my time bringing my Jeep back to them. This will be copied and pasted to several other websites over the next couple of weeks if I do not hear back from HCJ to compensate me for damages. tl/dr: HCJ service theft, damage, and issues Helen tries, RIP Rick, Bill...step up More
The worst experience of my life. I called two weeks ago to buy a part a shifting cable for my Dodge Dart 2013. They said it 186$ I said ok to pick but then they said the part is in recall for my car . I asked my car is rebuilt title and they said no problem just bring the car and they replace it for free . So I took my care Saturday in the morning it supposed to be couple hours work but it didn’t happened I called several times and I couldn’t connect with any body so I left several messages. I decide to go there and I guy check my case and said that my car was on hood pending the part and the cable wasn’t in recall and it was going to cost me 809$ but when I checked the estimate it was the cable that called previously. They said the recall was the bushing ( I replace the bushing previously) so I left my car then the manager Mr Garcia called me and said that it was going to contact Chrysler so I went to pick my car and when I arrived they said that I have to pay 810$ for the replacement 186$ and 540$ for labor. I was very disappointed with poor communication from your staff and manager meeting car was there for almost two week so need to get a car from a friend meanwhile. The part which it really bother me is I call to buy the cable which they confirmed was a recall and the I waste 2 weeks and 810$ invoice 604943 Custumer 950855 I don’t supposed to paid for this invoice bc I was lied or miss communication from the beginning please contact me at 3522265283 More

I had a problem with my 2016 Jeep Wrangler where the ABS light and the Traction Control light would come on at the same time the Jeep applied the brakes on its own. I had had that same problem a year and a light and the Traction Control light would come on at the same time the Jeep applied the brakes on its own. I had had that same problem a year and a half before; another dealer diagnosed the problem as a wheel speed sensor on the left front right away. This time, at Hollywood Jeep, the techs said they couldn't find anything and needed to do a deeper computer search. Hollywood Jeep said the main computer needed to be replaced at $1385 for just the part. The service advisor told me 5-10 days until the part came in. After two weeks I started asking questions. The service advisor admitted to me that some vehicles had been waiting six months or longer for the same computer! I drove it out of there having paid for their "diagnostic services". $245. As I drove it out of Hollywood Jeep the warning lights and self braking happened again. I drove the Wrangler straight to a Firestone service center near where I live and, when I described the symptoms, they said right away it's probably a speed sensor. The Firestone service center put the Jeep on their computer and it came back the right rear speed sensor within 15 minutes. $161 installed! I have driven it over two hours since without a problem. This problem with wheel speed sensors is common on Wranglers and it is a cheap and easy fix, really the only problem that Wranglers routinely get. Avoid Hollywood Jeep! More
