Went for an oil change, nail in tire and LoJack activation. The system set up for a service advisor named Helen; after I booked an 8am appointment. After waiting in line for 20 minutes I was told Helen was on the other side to go talk to her. I walk to the other side where the advisors are for a man to tell me she works every other Saturday to go back in line. I go back and tell the technician who took my information and told me they will work on my car. They did everything but the LoJack and said that once I drive a few miles it will work. That was Saturday the 17 we are now on the 20 and it still says it is missing a piece. One thing I don’t like is being lied too More
Helen is an excellent service rep, likely overworked and underpaid. However, I was promised the part I needed on a certain day, and was notified that it hadn’t arrived. After 4 months fighting with Kia Miami Lakes for the painting of the hood of my Kia Sorento, due to Kia damaging it after a glass replacement job, the car was sent to HCJ to repaint. They did an excellent job (98%) of the hood paint, but they failed to fix a little corner and it has like a bubble. I'm concern about the paint lifting there or getting rusted. I couldn't deal with the issue anymore. Also the hood seal and the clips of the hoods are broken. Thankfully, the service assistant manager order the part to replace. Paint damaged and three front glass replacement. An unnecessary expense to Kia if they would had fixed the problem since the beginning with subcontractors that are risk me and excellent. They subcontract jobs from mediocre vendors. More than 2500.00 in car rental, gas and materials and parts like another 2000.00. Thankfully they got a new general manager that agreed with me and looked for approval to resolve the issue. He did. 90% satisfied. The services is unacceptable. It took 3 months of lies and manipulation before they completed my truck. Communication was the worst service ever received. Helen was the rudest individual I have ever come into contact with. She quoted one price and when it came time to finally pick it up, the bill was over $2000 more than agreed upon. I had a horrible experience at best at Hollywood Jeep. This was only for an oil change where they searched through my vehicle, got oil/grease on my seats, steering wheel and more. I was told that the flui This was only for an oil change where they searched through my vehicle, got oil/grease on my seats, steering wheel and more. I was told that the fluids were checked and washer fluid was filled. 2 days later my wiper tank shows empty, oil life was never reset, i can go on. I left a message with Jeep care weeks ago only not to hear anything back and when I call to follow up, apparently they're is a case #, i get connected to my "agent" where the mailbox is full and I get disconnected. This is the 2nd Jeep dealer where service has been an absolute nightmare. More
