Terrible. Takes 30 minutes to get someone on the phone. No one would call me back when leaving a message. No transparency and very difficult to get an update. Service representative keeps saying they will text me direct contact and never did. Had to go to the dealer after 4 days to get an update since calling is useless. Car still does not function correctly after repair. Had to take it to another dealer to get fixed. More

Overpriced labor, and parts Prices they want it over $1200 for a simple tuneup of six spark plugs coil and spark plug wires. The parts are under $100 through Amazon and any mechanic would install it for $1200 for a simple tuneup of six spark plugs coil and spark plug wires. Took it in for an oil change and tore rotation. Got home and realized the tires were not rotated. Had to go back and get them rotated which was a major inconvenience. I changed from one dealer to the hollywood branch but I regret it. Left my car on a Tuesday and got it back a week an half later, no communication at all from the dealer no care for the costumer very disap regret it.
