This was the worst experience that I have a hand dealing with this dealership! When I first got there, I spoke to a lady, she acted like she didn’t know what I was there for. Went in so they can check the computer because the engine light was on, after 2 hours of waiting , I asked the service guy and he said you need to calm down they are only human, Make a long story shor engine light was on, after 2 hours of waiting , I asked the service guy and he said you need to calm down they are only human, Make a long story short , I waited 4 hours... I’m new to the city and my first impression of this dealership was salvaged by Phillip. I initially had an appointment with Helen in service for a routine oil and tire change. While waiting to be acknowledged for my 8AM appointment, she had rolled her eyes at me. I proceeded to let other staff around me know and I was immediately taken care of by Phillip. The service was completed within 45min and I will NEVER book another appointment with Helen EVER again! More
