This was the worst experience that I have a hand dealing with this dealership! When I first got there, I spoke to a lady, she acted like she didn’t know what I was there for. I’m new to the city and my first impression of this dealership was salvaged by Phillip. I initially had an appointment with Helen in service for a routine oil and tire change. The service was completed within 45min and I will NEVER book another appointment with Helen EVER again! More
