The service department has had our car for over 2. 5 months. They ordered a part that was on back order that kept getting delayed every couple weeks. Today they inform us via text that the part came in 5 months. They ordered a part that was on back order that kept getting delayed every couple weeks. Now we can't reach anyone to speak to in the service department to discuss this matter. More
Took advantage of my wife who went in for a simple battery replacement. Tried to force/sell her a rental. Final replaced the battery for $800.......and provided no reports on the "faulty" batteries an battery replacement. Tried to force/sell her a rental. Obviously being sarcastic here but they/she (Helen Marchusky) will 100% up charge you. Avoid HELEN if you can. Others employees might be better but I wont be finding out. See ya. More
AC quit and I took in Dodge Ram 1500 to see why. I was sold $1,800 in investigation of the problem and fluid changes (not including transmission fluid). Next day they called and said I needed an evaporator. . They quoted me $2,850.00 + tax (plus the $1,800.00 that they had completed). I argued the price was too high. They cut $200 on labor then $100 on parts. Still too high. I got the AC repair at an independent shop for $1,350.00 + tax. Too late to stop the $1,800.00 fluid change and investigation. They also told me I needed a new cigarette lighter portal that turned out to be a fuse. Seems they push extra services like COVID disinfectant spray and charge "Rolls Royce" prices. I was at the service area for oil change and tire rotation. The initial contact was quick paperwork was completed in after a short time the vehicle was finished. Always have peace of mind Fernandez and Hensley Bennett in the Service Department. I have been getting my car serviced for quite a few years at HCJ. Always have peace of mind when Eddie works on my car, his work ethic and high standard of work is very impressive and should be acknowledged with all the years he has been there! Hensley is wonderful, fantastic personality and demeanor, he is the perfect fit for the service department. He sets the tone for the whole experience as he is the first person the customer meets to get their oil changed or whatever service that can be provided. A big thank you to both Eddie and Hensley! Horrible service. All they cared about was the charge which they over charged us. Horrible.
