They kept my car for a few days and charged me $315 just for an estimate. They told me I need to replace my transfer case and quoted me $8,000 for it — but I’ve checked, and it should cost no more than $800 for an estimate. So they seriously overcharged for both the estimate and the repair quote. On top of that, things got confusing when they mentioned rotating my tires, even though I never asked for that service. There was also a recall on the car that’s supposed to be fixed for free, but when I brought that up, they acted confused and made it seem like I should’ve known they don’t have the means to handle that — even though they initially said they would. they also missed that the car needed more differential fluid or else the gears would break.. I have been dealing with Hollywood Jeep since 2017 they are courteous and professional. I have bought 2 Jeeps from them and would have bought a third but decided to keeo my 2021 diesel Wrangler because the are courteous and professional. Suggested Review / Complaint (English version): I took my Jeep to the dealership because the check engine light came on, and I’ve only had the car for four months. I was told I’d have to wait five days fo my Jeep to the dealership because the check engine light came on, and I’ve only had the car for four months. I was told I’d have to wait five days for a diagnosis. When I expressed concern about being left without transportation, the response was blunt: “That’s your problem.” They took my car without giving me any paperwork. On the fourth day, they called and simply said, “We didn’t find anything.” When I went to pick it up, a very kind person handed me the keys—but again, no technical report, no explanation, no documents at all. It’s unbelievable that no one can tell me what happened to my car. Sadly, I’m not surprised—Jeep’s customer service is consistently poor. The only reason I’m giving one star is because of the courteous gentleman who handed me the keys. As a customer, I’m deeply disappointed with Jeep’s after-sales service. The lack of communication, empathy, and proper procedures is unacceptable for a brand of this level. More
